Kevin Whitney Fox is the proprietor and consultant for GFA.

Mr. Fox started as a franchisee in 1992 and built his business to over $400,000 in annual revenue in a service business within a year and a half becoming the top franchisee out of more than 150 franchisees in the system. Mr. Fox then was made an offer that was "too good to refuse" to buy his business and sold in 1994.

After a 1 year retirement to Hawaii, Mr. Fox started Premier Inspectors of America, Inc. in Chicago, IL in 1996 which expanded to include offices in Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Milwaukee, Detroit, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Jose, Sacramento, and Oakland. In 2006, Mr. Fox was once again made an offer that was "too good to refuse".  Mr. Fox sold Premier Inspectors of America, Inc. in October of 2006.
